Costa Rica acceded to Budapest Treaty PDF Print E-mail
On 30 June 2008, the Goverment of the Republic of Costa Rica made a deposit with the Director General of WIPO of its instrument of accession to the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganism for the Purposes of Patent Procedure.

The said Treaty will enter into force with respect of the Republic of Costa Rica on 30 September 2008.

It will become the 37th member of the Budapest Treaty.
