PADEMARK - Patent Attorneys/Trademark Attorneys in Vietnam

Mai Hong Diep:

She graduated from the Law Faculty of Hanoi National University in 1992. She then joined Hanoi Bar Association. Her major fields include intellectual property law, enterprises law, investment law and prosecution law.

She is now the managing partner of PADEMARK. She is also working as trademark and industrial design attorney.   

Duong Thanh Tu:

She graduated from Economic Law Falcuty of Phuong Dong University.  Her major fields include intellectual property law, economic law and investment law.

She is now a partner of PADEMARK. She is also working as patent attorney.

She is also a member of the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association, Anti-counterfeiting Club and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce.

Do Khac That:

He obtained a B.A. in Marine Engineer at the Vietnam Maritime University in 1982 and later got a B.A. in Business Administration at the Hanoi University of Technology. In addition, he earned a number of certificates, namely the Certidicate of International Seafares Management course at Tokyo International Center, Japan and the Certificate of Tankers Crew Training course conducted by Nissho Shipping Co., Japan.

He experienced a number of jobs in maritime before joining PADEMARK such as an engine officer at VINASHIP, Training & Technical Expert, Deputy Director and later Dỉrector of the Crew Dept. at INLACO and VINALINES. Then he worked as Director, Member of B.O.D;DONG DO MARINE DEVELOPMENT JSC and Managing Director of ANDUONG MARINE.

He is now a partner and a patent attorney of PADEMARK.
